- Determine access and inclusion requirements and identify existing barriers
- Determine access requirements for people with disabilities to the venue, event or performance
- Access and interpret relevant regulations, workplace health and safety requirements and workplace policies and procedures
- Identify existing barriers for people with disabilities, including physical, content, ticketing, customer service and facilities
- Develop a plan to promote access and inclusion for people with disabilities
- Identify practices to meet the access requirements for people with disabilities
- Identify technologies that can be incorporated to promote access
- Produce draft plan to promote access and inclusion, ensuring that it meets financial constraints, scheduling requirements and compliance with legislation and regulation.
- Discuss with relevant stakeholders to confirm access and inclusion requirements have been met
- Finalise plan for implementation in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- Implement access and inclusion plan
- Monitor and review access and inclusion plans
